1960s Vintage Fernande Desgranges purple coat with suede details at the waist. 

Closure with 6 fabric buttons

Very good vintage condition. The suede has some signs of wear - see photo. One larger hole (1 cm - 0,40 inches) in front of the coat - see photo. And a few very small holes. The linen has some signs of wear.
