WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you change your mind about something or it's not quite the right fit - no worries. You can send any unworn item back to us free of charge within 14 days of the order being placed.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition
- Item/s must be returned in the original packaging
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item/s
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued once the item/s are received.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to byWaltz for an exchange or refund are covered by us so long as it is within 14 days of the order being placed.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@byWaltz.com.
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund.
byWaltz cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We are located in Denmark.
We will provide you with the full return address if you email us to initiate a return or exchange.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new item/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-2 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged item/s or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at returns@byWaltz.com.
