Late 1990s Vintage Rose pencil skirt with ivory hem. The rose fabric has a beautiful woven pattern in purple, Ivory, and brown. 

Label: Rützou, Copenhagen, Danish Designer

Materials: 76% polyester, 24% Acetate. Hem and waist 100% Cotton. 

Clouser: Zipper on the side and one button.

Label Size EU 38, US 8, UK 12. Measurements (taken with garment lying flat - double waist and hips):
