1960s Vintage checked shift dress in blue and white. 

Silk organza bow in front of the dress

4 Large buttons and two front pockets for decoration. 

Label: Blanes, Made in England. 

Blanes was a very middle-range British company, active in the 1950s and 1960s – making good quality day and evening wear

Materials: Wool, Organza Silk.

Fully lined, Purple. Feels like Rayon 

Clouser: Zipper in the back.

Label Size UK12, US8, EU38 - Estimated size S - please check measurements. The measures have been taken with the item flattened out (Double chest, waist, and hips).

Armpit to armpit 43 cm - 16,93 inches 

Below the bust: 38 cm - 14,96 inches

Waist 40 cm - 15,75 inches 

Whole length 86 cm - 33,86 inches 

Hips 47 cm - 18,50 inches

Condition: The dress is in Excellent vintage condition. The linen shows signs of wear along the armpits - see photo. The silk bow has two small stains and one hole - see photos
